4×4 Bio Longevity® — Live, With Two Voices

Duo keynote · 60–75 minutes including moderated Q&A · in person only · limited availability

Two people who share a framework, a company, two books and a household, and who genuinely disagree in front of an audience.

That is not a gimmick. It is what makes this format different and memorable.

The talk in one paragraph

Health keynotes often deliver either the diagnosis or the decision, but rarely both. This duo keynote brings the two together in dialogue.

Dr. Robert Bauder brings the clinical evidence: 30 years of practice, more than 11,000 patients, silent inflammation as a measurable mechanism. Dr. Barbara Bauder brings the decision layer: what an entrepreneur or executive actually does with that information when the calendar is full and the balance sheet says no.

They work from the same 4×4 Bio Longevity® framework, but do not always agree on where the real constraint lies. That tension is what makes the format work. 60–75 minutes, in person only.

The two perspectives

Diagnosis and decision.

Most health keynotes focus on one of the two and leave the audience to work out the other half themselves.

Dr. Robert Bauder brings the clinical evidence.

30 years of practice, more than 11,000 patients, more than 5,100 ceramic implants and a peer-reviewed multicentre study. Silent inflammation as a measurable mechanism rather than a metaphor.

Dr. Barbara Bauder brings the decision layer.

Former stock exchange board member, private equity founder and psychotherapist for more than 10 years. Her perspective is about what the person in the audience actually does with clinical information when the quarter is difficult, the calendar is full and the balance sheet says no.

Why organisers book duos

A dialogue holds attention differently from a monologue. The audience is watching a real exchange rather than a single presentation.

It also allows genuine objections to be raised on stage instead of during the coffee break. When one speaker challenges the other, the sceptic in the audience hears their own question being asked, and the answer often carries more weight than another slide.

The format works particularly well as a closing keynote, when energy and attention can otherwise be difficult to maintain.

Practical

In person only. The format depends on the interaction between both speakers and does not translate as well to a video grid. For virtual events, either solo keynote is the stronger format.
Duration: 60–75 minutes including moderated Q&A.
Languages: German or English.
Availability: limited, as both schedules need to align. Ideally, plan further ahead than for a solo keynote.
Book through either speaker page. One enquiry is enough.

What happens on stage

Five acts. One shift.

The structure is planned; the delivery is not scripted.

01

The shared framework

The four dimensions, introduced once and viewed from both perspectives.

02

The clinical case

Dr. Robert Bauder presents a real trajectory, including what was measurable and when.

03

The objection

Dr. Barbara Bauder takes the perspective of the person who cannot simply act on the clinical information and identifies the real-world constraints behind that.

04

The disagreement

Where they genuinely differ on priorities. The structure is planned; the exchange itself is not scripted.

05

The convergence

Where the two perspectives come together, followed by a moderated Q&A with both speakers on stage.

Take-aways

What your audience leaves with.

Both sides of the argument: the mechanism and what to do about it under real-world constraints.

A four-dimensional model of healthy years, with clinical evidence supporting the health dimension.

A better understanding of why people can know what they need to do and still struggle to act on it.

Two different perspectives on the same longevity decisions, brought together in one framework.

Frequently asked questions

Is the disagreement scripted?

The structure is. The disagreement is not, which is what makes the exchange work.

Can we book a moderated panel format instead?

Yes. The session can also be delivered with your own moderator, although the paired keynote is the stronger format.

Is a virtual version available?

No, deliberately. For virtual events, either solo keynote is recommended instead.

How far in advance should we book?

Ideally three to six months, as both speakers’ schedules need to align.

Can the topic weighting be shifted towards one of the speakers?

Yes. The emphasis can be agreed during the pre-event call.
